Why Choose RTI?

In 1964 George Page started what would become a passed-down family tradition of historical restoration. When he was the successful bidder to do the first major replacement of copper roofing on the Kansas State Capital Building, little did he know this would become an important facet of his business. George went on to do varied roofing and general construction projects including historic restorations of the main post office and courthouse in both Key West, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee.

A family tradition of excellence

His son Mike Page later found an interest in the same sort of restoration and founded R.T.I. with his son. Since then, R.T.I. has continued in this field and greatly expanded it over the years. In the 1990's, Mike began doing historic restoration projects. These projects have included buildings of historical significance including The Allen-Lambe House, a Frank Llyod Wright designed museum in Wichita, Kansas, The Melrose Mansion in Natchez Tennessee, The Fort Davis Monument in Fort Davis,Texas, and The VA Hospital in Dallas, Texas among many more. The restoration of the Melrose Mansion was a finalist for the National Roofing Contractors Association Gold Circle Award in quality workmanship. These projects have required not only an eye for detail, but a passion to provide the highest quality product possible.

Continuing the tradition

R.T.I., still a family owned and operated company, continues to provide this same quality but over a much more diverse field. We now restore not only historic structures, but any structure with damage. Whether the damage is from wind, water, flood or fire, we bring our same attention to detail and passion for quality workmanship to everything we do. Whatever your construction needs, let us be Help You Can Trust.
