Mike Page, CEO
Mike Page has been in the construction industry for over 35 years completing projects all over the United States and in 10 countries. He has completed work for such high-profile clients as Pepsi-Co, Tony's Pizza, Quik-Trip, and Raytheon. Mike's historic projects include restoration to the Fort Davis Monument in Fort Davis, Texas, The Melrose Mansion in Natchez, Mississippi, the Allen-Lambe House, a Frank Lloyd Wright designed museum in Wichita, Kansas, among many others. Mike is certified by the ICBO with the "Contracting Unlimited" designation and also certified as a general contractor with numerous state and local governments throughout the United States.

Kyle Howard, President
Kyle Howard has been in the construction business for over 10 years and was previously in sales and marketing. He earned his bachelor of science degree from Friends University in Wichita, KS with honors in 2007. Kyle has managed large storm damage restoration projects throughout the United States, including a multi-million dollar hurricane restoration in Texas. Kyle was a first responder on the Methodist Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina flooded the city in 2005. Kyle has numerous certifications including being a Kansas Certified Renovator.

Colt Page, Vice President
Colt Page is the newest addition to the management team at RTI, having taken the mantle of Sales Manager in 2008. Colt specializes in negotiating damage settlements with insurance companies to ensure that our customers get fair value for their building and property after a storm, fire, or other damage occurs. Colt has successfully negotiated settlements with insurance companies on several projects, including major storm damage losses on large hotels and prominent churches throughout the Midwest United States.
